CREW UK is proud to host an intimate and impactful roundtable this November, in partnership with the Sisters Network at Muslims in Real Estate (MiRE), to mark Islamophobia Awareness Month. Held at the Savills London offices, this session will create space for open and authentic conversations around faith, identity, and inclusion in the real estate industry.

The roundtable will bring together a balanced group of professionals from both CREW UK and MiRE, with the aim of sharing lived experiences, challenging taboos, and exploring practical ways to foster allyship — particularly for Muslim professionals and those from non-global majority backgrounds.

Key themes we’ll explore include Faith-Based Inclusion in the Workplace, Representation & Allyship and Mental Health & Belonging. We'll close with a hopeful discussion on what gives Muslim professionals optimism about the future of the industry and share resources for continued learning.

This session is designed to be lightly guided, allowing the conversation to flow naturally based on the experiences and insights of those in the room. We encourage individuals to attend who are keen to hear from and enrich the discussion, and we encourage attendees to share insights with their networks — especially those passionate about inclusion, allyship, and equity in the built environment.
