Join us for a discussion around understanding social mobility and initiatives driving change in the commercial real estate industry.

The UK currently faces one of the poorest rates of social mobility in the developed world, meaning that individuals born into low-income families, regardless of their talent and hard work, do not have the same access to opportunities as those born into more privileged circumstances. This is impacting young people from discovering our industry and is holding back progression.

During the session we will define social mobility and other key terminology and bring to life an example project supporting young people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds into careers in real estate.
